Well it’s Monday again. Time to plan out the meals for the week so we can go shopping later today. I am trying to use as much as I can out of the freezer and the pantry. I have taken an inventory of both of these, and am now ready to see what I can do with it. Tuesday is my birthday, so we will probably be eating out. I think we have either an Olive Garden or Chili’s gift certificate, so we will use that. On Saturday, we are celebrating the little man’s birthday (his actual birthday is on Friday) so I am making the meatballs that I froze up earlier this week. So there are two days where I will not need to make anything for dinner.. YEAH!!
