Saving Lots of Money Grocery Shopping at Aldi’s
Have you ever been to Aldi’s? What an awesome place. I can good lots of food for about half the price of what I’d pay at a regular grocery store. The only downfalls to Aldi’s is that there have mostly generic brand foods and that you have to bring your own bags and bag your food yourself. All things considered, I will happily give up those two things in order to get more food for my family and get it cheaper. We spend about $200 a month for food for our family of 5. Probably about 75% of what we buy for the month is bought at Aldi’s.
You really can’t beat the price and the quality of the food is great too. They even have a guarantee on their foods. If you are not 10
0% satisfied with their product, you can contact them and you will not only get the product replaced but will also get your money refunded. Now, how many name brands do that? None that I know of. So, if you are not sure if you will like a product, there really is no reason not to try it. If you do not like it, you can get your money back.
Our local Aldi’s was featured on the local news this past week. It seems that more and more people are shopping there. Who can really blame them? Money is tight, especially with people being worried about the economy and with Christmas not too far away. Why not get the most bang for your buck? Our local Aldi’s has seen a dramatic increase in sales, and they noted in the segment that they had been building about 50 new stores nationwide a year, but this year they had built 100 and were scheduled to build at least that amount again next year.
