Club HASAY Update
Well. I am glad to say I had a pretty good week. Nothing too stressful happened, even though I did start an additional class (easy peasy!). I ended up making a batch of chocolate and oatmeal cookies yesterday. Yummy! I tried to only eat a few, but alas, I have no self control. They were so addictive! Well, at least there was one positive thing about the cookies; they were homemade and I know what’s in them. I also used white wheat in them so that added extra fiber and protein and, of course, the oatmeal adds some good stuff too. So, really nutritionally they weren’t that bad right? Even though I ate WAY too many? lol.
I am still working on the whole exercise thing. I think it will be much easier when it gets warmer and I can just take the kids for a walk. I am SO yearning for spring. We had a day or two this week that were spring like and it was SO nice. Of course, it didn’t last long and we’re back to our freezing cold weather again with snow in the forecast for the next few days. I am thinking maybe I can sneak in a little exercise after the kids go to bed. Maybe even just a little Pilate’s or something. Maybe if I just promise to do at least 10 minutes and then we’ll see what happens from there.
Oh and I did get on the scale and I am back to where I was a few weeks ago at 199.5. I hate when I get over that 200 mark! ggggrr! Ok. Until next week, have a very wonderful week of eating healthy and exercising your buns off.











Even if you just squeeze in a little exercise, at least you’re getting yourself in the habit, right? Good luck this week.
